Just made funeralformyfat's Breakfast Cookie! So happy with how they turned out this time.

This time I added mini chocolate chips, coconut, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Super easy and healthy  Breakfast cookie: 2 ripe bananas, 1 cup quick oats. That is the base and you can add whatever you want! I added: 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate covered walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 tablespoons shredded coconut mash everything in a bowl. Raw Protein Guacamole & Salsa Stuffed Tomatoes…

Ingredients:

  • 3 Medium Tomatoes
  • Hemp Seeds (to garnish & add additional protein)

Protein Guacamole:

  • 1 Ripe Avocado
  • 1 tbsp Raw Protein Powder (plain unflavoured)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil (cold press)
  • 2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 2 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 Pinch Celtic Sea Salt
  • 1 Pinch Ground Black Pepper

Green Salsa Topping:

  • 1/4 Red Onion (diced)
  • 1/4 Green Capsicum (diced)
  • 1 heaped Tbsp Black Spanish Olives (diced)
  • 1 Sprig of Spring Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1 pinch of Smoked Paprika
  • Juice of half one lime

Instructions:

  1. Cut tomatoes in half, and scoop out centres
  2. In a food processor add all your guacamole ingredients and blitz until smooth and creamy
  3. Prepare all your salsa ingredients in a mixing bowl, and mix when finished
  4. With a spoon divide the guacamole into the 6 tomatoes halves and fill
  5. Top guacamole filled tomato’s with your salsa until all are evenly dispersed
  6. Lastly sprinkle with hemp seeds to garnish

These are a GREAT Quick bite, fresh packed lunch, or even just an afternoon snack. They are great to look at, and so tasty! I’m always trying to amp up my protein as I eat a lot of raw foods. The protein guacamole is such a great way to do that, yet stay clean and green! I hope you enjoy these as much as I did!

hey Sharee! so I have a question, If I wear yoga pants and a tight thank top at the gym will people be able to see that I have loose skin? I haven't loose skin yet but I'm pretty sure I'll end up with it on my stomach, my highest weight is 266 and I'm 5'5 and I'm totally fine with it, but will people be able to see it when I'm wearing tight gym clothes? Thanks beautiful <3

Both of these pics were before my surgery to remove loose skin on my stomach and thighs. I was able to wear form fitting clothes for the most part, and any time i would wear jeans i would just wear a tanktop/shape wear tucked into my pants to smooth out my body. 

i wore a monokini for swim wear until after my surgery

i could wear tight dresses and clothes, it was all about the material and the fit.

I will show after for peoples reference, but to be honest, the main difference is now i wear a two piece and crop tops  lol

I have always dressed the same, short shorts and tank tops being my favorites, now i just wear shorter shirts lol

but to be honest, I looked good even with loose skin! It didn’t hold me back any!!! It’s not something to focus on, focus on reaching your goals and becoming the best healthiest version of you <3
