I just did some weights today, and I seriously can’t wait. I might go tomorrow night after my last class finishes, but that’s gonna depend on how much studying I have to do. I’m just so restless.

So, I’ve doubled up on regular bras, and am now off to the gym.
Finally getting a routine back at school :).
I did a 2.75 mi recovery run and then the normal stuff: squats, ab work, push-ups. I’m thinking yoga tonight possibly?
I’m kinda bad about posting these everyday, but I was really pleased with today:
Then I did a bunch of upper body stuff and a little bit of ab work. I know that 5k time isn’t super fast, but when I first started running I wasn’t able to finish in less than 45 minutes. Yay progress! :)
I did a 10 minute mile today with no pain during and only a little soreness after. Warming up is this bitch’s new best friend. Ugh, finally.
Oh my god. I honestly thought it was going to be so much easier than it was. My triceps hate me right now.
After a finals week where exercise just wasn’t the priority, I got back to the gym today.
-30 mins HIIT on the arc trainer
-1.25 miles on the treadmill (I RAN THROUGH THE ENTIRE MILE, GUYS!!!)
-10 minutes on the elliptical.
-2 sets of 25 reps of 50lb for the bingo wing machine ie triceps
-Bicep curls: 2 sets of 25 reps of 50lb
-1 set of 25 reps at 70lb for this machine that basically works your bum (I’ll look up the name tomorrow)
-Rows: 2 sets of 25 reps at 65lb
-This lower back machine
I’m actually quite pleased and feel really good about what I got done today. I definitely need to pay attention to the names of what I’m doing, though. I feel like this is incredibly confusing. :P I also ate clean for pretty much all of the day today. I had some lentil chips which aren’t the best for you, but I was within net calories, so I’m definitely not going to beat myself up about it.
Ahhh, I forgot how much better I feel about myself when I work out. So glad I went today! Also forgot how much cardio helps with cramps for me.

Because its the easiest video to find on YouTube and will last me until I get my new laptop. I forgot how sore it makes you. My thighs are killing me lol. I think I want to try P90x. Has anyone done it before? If so, what did you think?

I actually really wasn’t expecting to lose anything this week because I’ve kind of lost quickly the last two weeks. I’ve actually been eating more calories, but it’s mostly through fruits and veggies which has made a huge difference in how I feel. I hope everyone had an amazing week :)
